At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate no later than June 20. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to three (3) papers.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND
Before July 06, 2025, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged; no refund will be made after July 06, 2025.
All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.
The registration can be transferred to co-author/another person from the same organization free of charge.
