Tutorials will be held on Monday September 8, 2025. Tutorial proposals should be submitted by January 31, 2025, to the Tutorial Co-Chairs and must include title, outline, contact information, biography and selected publications for the presenter(s), and a description of the tutorial and material to be distributed to participants.

Aims and Scope
The EUSIPCO 2025 organizing committee invites proposals for tutorials on established or emerging topics of interest for the signal processing community. Half-day (3 hours and a half each) tutorials on areas related to the conference topics are welcome. Tutorial sessions will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025.
An EUSIPCO tutorial should aim to give a comprehensive overview of a specific topic related to Signal Processing. A good tutorial should be educational rather than just a cursory survey of techniques. The topic should be of sufficient relevance and importance to attract significant interest from the EUSIPCO community. Typical tutorial audiences consist of graduate students studying signal processing, but also researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry.
Tutorials with less than 10 registrations a week after the early registration deadline will not be run unless otherwise explicitly decided by the Tutorial Co-Chairs. The tutorial slides will be made available to the attendees via the EUSIPCO website, which can be accessed during the tutorial as wireless Internet access will be provided. It is the responsibility of the tutorial speakers to assure that no copyright problems are incurred with their presentation.
Tutorial speakers will receive a fee of € 1000 as honorarium. Note that the amount is intended per tutorial, regardless of the number of speakers.
Proposal Information
Each proposal shall include the following information (restricted to 6 pages, excluding presentation material):
| Title: | A short descriptive title. |
| Presenters: | Names, affiliation, contact information (email and mailing address), websites, and short bio for each presenter (not more than three presenters). |
| Description and outline: | A description of the tutorial topic, providing a sense of both the scope and depth of the tutorial, along with a tutorial outline. |
| Expected audience: | Include the background of the expected audience. |
| Recent publications: | List of recent publications related to the tutorial topic from the speakers in the past 3 years. |
| Motivation and Relevance: | Address the importance and timeliness of the proposal, and its relevance to researchers and engineers. |
| Previous editions: | If the tutorial was given before, describe when and where it was given, and if and how it will be modified for EUSIPCO 2025; if possible, provide a link to the slides of the previous tutorial presentation. |
| Presentation material: | a draft of the tutorial material that will be distributed to the tutorial participants (if available). |
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be reviewed by the Tutorial Co-Chairs using the following criteria:
| Relevance and timeliness: | Importance of the topic in 2025 and relevance to EUSIPCO. |
| Technical quality: | State-of-the art and balanced coverage of the topic. |
| Qualification of presenters: | Experience and cv of the speakers. |
| Spectrum: | Topic is of broad interest to academia and/or industry, researchers and/or engineers. |
| Accessibility of presentation material: | Presentation can be understood by the broad EUSIPCO audience, including graduate students, practicing engineers, researchers, and professors. |
| Previous and future presentations: | Presence of similar topics or same speakers at recent or near future conferences. |
